Speaker:Carl Honaker, Director of Santa Clara County Airports

Subject: Latest developments at county airports

Background: Carl has spoken to our association before and we are fortunate to have him return to update us on the latest developments at the three County airports. Commander Honaker was a P3 pilot at Moffett Field and served as the base Executive Officer when the Navy moved to Whidby Island. Following his Navy retirement, he was deeply involved in the base reuse process as a civilian. When Carl became Director of the County Airports, he was also an Airport Commissioner for the Mineta San Jose International Airport. He is a great supporter of the effort to Save Hangar One at Moffett Field. Carl’s extensive aviation background and involvement allow him to answer all your aviation questions. Please attend this meeting and bring your questions for some straight answers.
